Don't let the fancy name confuse you... a beach sheet is just a large beach towel.

Under Full Sail. Brig Niagara followed by HMS Bounty. Parade of Sail. Tall ships Festival Lake Erie Cleveland. Bounty was later lost to Hurricane Sandy. Niagara is a reproduction of the flagship for Commadore Oliver Hazard Perry during the Battle of Lake Erie War of 1812, in which he lost his first ship to the British, rowed a small skiff to the Niagara and took command making the Niagara. Firing broadsides from both sides of the ship he crossed through the battle line of the British ships putting two out of action within minutes, the British surrendered and the Battle was ended. After the Battle he sent a message to General William Henery Harrison "We have met the enemy and they are ours"
I live in a small town in Ohio. I love to photograph old things, barns, houses, buildings, and bridges. I have been known to drive 200 miles to photograph a covered bridge. Most of my photography is in the rural areas of Ohio where I have lived all of my life.
